“Christian Leadership for Reconciliation”
The Great Lakes Region stands at a defining crossroads, where conflict is now fueled not only in communities but also across digital networks that shape narratives, mobilize identities, and influence fragile realities. In this moment, the Church cannot remain silent. The GLI 2026 Institute will create a catalytic space for the mobilization, transformation, and empowerment of restless Christian leaders, equipping them to engage courageously in both the public square and the digital sphere. Through strategic reflection on digital peacebuilding, regional advocacy, restorative justice, intergenerational leadership, and spiritual formation, the Institute calls leaders beyond passive observation into bold, faith-informed action. By integrating theological reflection, practical tools, and regional dialogue, the Institute strengthens the Church’s prophetic and transformative action across the Great Lakes Region and beyond.
GLI 2026 is where conviction becomes clarity, clarity becomes strategy, and strategy becomes transformative impact. By integrating theological reflection, practical tools, and regional dialogue, the Institute strengthens the Church’s prophetic and transformative action.
